CRIMLINE

Terms of Service

TERMS OF SERVICE Effective date: 3 August 2026 Last updated: 3 August 2026 1. OPERATOR AND AGREEMENT CRIMLINE is a browser-based multiplayer role-playing game operated privately by an independent individual developer based in Sweden (“Operator”, “we”, “us” or “our”). CRIMLINE is not presented as a registered company. Contact: kontakt@sunnysoft.se. These Terms govern access to the CRIMLINE website, game, accounts, social systems and BLACKBOOK shop. By creating an account or using CRIMLINE, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country are not excluded or reduced by these Terms. 2. ELIGIBILITY AND FICTIONAL CONTENT You must be at least 18 years old. CRIMLINE contains fictional crime, drugs, weapons, gambling-style games and mature themes. It does not provide instructions for real-world wrongdoing. The casino uses only fictional in-game currency: there are no real-money wagers, cash prizes or cash-out. 3. ACCOUNT Provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential and use only accounts you are authorised to access. One person may not operate accounts to manipulate rankings, markets, rewards or other systems. Notify us at kontakt@sunnysoft.se if you suspect compromise. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by circumstances for which you are not legally responsible. We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use CRIMLINE for private entertainment while these Terms are followed. No ownership in CRIMLINE or its content is transferred. 4. FAIR PLAY AND PROHIBITED CONDUCT You must not cheat, automate gameplay, use bots or scripts, exploit defects, duplicate assets, manipulate the economy, coordinate artificial outcomes, evade sanctions, interfere with security, reverse engineer where legally restrictable, attack infrastructure, scrape protected data, impersonate others or access another account. Do not post or transmit illegal, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive, fraudulent or harassing material; real-world criminal instructions; malware; spam; or content infringing another person’s rights. Do not expose personal information about another person. In-game rivalries never justify real-world abuse. 5. PLAYER CONTENT AND SOCIAL FEATURES You retain rights you have in aliases, messages, crew emblems and other material you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical display and show that content only as necessary to operate, secure and moderate CRIMLINE. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for backups, lawful retention and material already included in necessary moderation or transaction records. You confirm that you have the rights required to submit content. We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or law. Private communications may be accessed by authorised moderation personnel when reported or reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, support or legal compliance. 6. MODERATION AND ENFORCEMENT We may warn, mute, restrict, suspend or close accounts; reverse illegitimate transactions; remove content; or preserve evidence where we reasonably believe these Terms, game rules or law were violated. Serious security or abuse cases may result in immediate action. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and duration. You may request review through Help & FAQ or kontakt@sunnysoft.se. We may report credible unlawful conduct to relevant authorities where legally required or justified. 7. GAMEPLAY, VIRTUAL CURRENCY AND ITEMS Greyport cash, chips, XP, items, vehicles, properties, businesses, crew assets and all other virtual elements exist only within CRIMLINE. They have no real-world monetary value, are not legal tender, cannot be redeemed or cashed out and are not owned as property outside the limited game licence. Player-to-player trading may occur only through supported game systems and never for real-world payment. Game balancing, drop rates, prices, events, progression and the virtual economy may change to keep the persistent world functional and fair. We will not intentionally remove paid digital entitlements without a legitimate reason, and mandatory consumer remedies remain available. 8. BLACKBOOK PURCHASES Optional purchases are cosmetic and do not provide gameplay power. Prices, currency, billing mode and included content are displayed before checkout. Stripe processes payment information. A purchase is delivered only after payment confirmation through a signed Stripe event. Permanent cosmetics remain account-bound. Subscription benefits remain available while the subscription is active and paid. You must be authorised to use the selected payment method. Taxes may be included or calculated as indicated at checkout. Keep your receipt. If delivery fails, a product is defective, or an entitlement materially differs from its description, contact kontakt@sunnysoft.se so it can be corrected, redelivered, reduced in price or refunded where required by law. 9. SUBSCRIPTIONS, CANCELLATION AND WITHDRAWAL Recurring Club billing, interval and price are shown before purchase. You may cancel future renewal at any time through the Stripe customer-management option when available or by contacting kontakt@sunnysoft.se. Cancellation stops future renewal; access normally continues until the paid billing period ends unless a refund or legal rule requires otherwise. EEA consumers generally have a 14-day statutory withdrawal right for distance contracts. Exceptions or charges for performance begun during that period apply only where all legal conditions, information and required express requests or acknowledgements have been satisfied. Nothing in these Terms automatically waives a statutory withdrawal right. To withdraw, send an unambiguous request including the account email, order reference and product to kontakt@sunnysoft.se. You may use the EU/Swedish model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. Refunds and withdrawal requests are handled according to applicable law. 10. AVAILABILITY, UPDATES AND CHANGES CRIMLINE is under continuing development. Maintenance, faults, security events or provider outages may interrupt access. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may add, change or remove free features and rebalance gameplay. For continuously supplied paid digital services, material changes will be made only where the agreement and applicable law permit and with notice where required. Technical requirements include a current browser, JavaScript, cookies or storage necessary for authentication, and a reliable internet connection. Player hardware, browser extensions, operating systems and network quality can affect operation. 11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CRIMLINE software, design, world, names, graphics, audio and original content are owned by or licensed to the Operator and protected by applicable law. Except for the limited right to use the service, you may not copy, sell, redistribute or commercially exploit them without permission. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners. 12. LIABILITY Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, loss caused by your breach, incompatible equipment, third-party connectivity, or events outside reasonable control. We remain responsible where loss results from our intent, gross negligence or another basis that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. 13. TERMINATION You may stop using CRIMLINE and request account deletion at any time. Ending an account does not automatically erase records that must be retained for payments, accounting, security, moderation or legal claims. Sections intended by their nature to survive termination remain effective. 14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES These Terms are governed by Swedish law, without depriving an EEA consumer of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Contact kontakt@sunnysoft.se first so we can attempt to resolve the issue. Swedish consumers may contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), www.arn.se. Consumers may also use any competent court or dispute mechanism available under mandatory law. 15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may update these Terms for legal, security, technical or service reasons. Material changes will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible or legally required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not accept revised Terms, stop using the service and request account closure.
